Hamburg Loves Film

Hamburg loves film and Hamburg loves filmmakers. Which is why we would like to make staying in Hamburg as pleasant as possible for film crews. The “Hamburg Loves Film” initiative is a joint effort by the Film Commission of Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg Tourismus GmbH for the strengthening of Hamburg as a film friendly city.

#####FILM-FRIENDLY HOTELS The initiative began in May 2014 with an association of especially film-friendly hotels and guesthouses, who meet the service demands of national and international film productions and are generally open-minded towards film shoots in their houses.

Cinematic Touristic Attractions

The Film Commission and Hamburg Tourismus hosted a site with Hamburg’s most important shooting locations. Hamburg Tourismus also provides digital location tours on its own website.
